About Beyond the Bell
A daily program from 3:00 – 6:00 PM for St. Martin of Tours students in Kindergarten through 8th grade, Beyond the Bell offers:
- Affordable after-school care and homework help for all grades, provided by school staff.
- Enrichment activities including art, dance, chess, sports, music and more!
- Community building in a safe environment.

Here’s everything you need to know about Beyond the Bell at St. Martin of Tours.
Dates
Beyond the Bell after-care at St. Martin of Tours begins on Monday, September 2, 2025. Enrichment activities begin on Monday, October 6, 2025. Both after-care and enrichment programming ends on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
Days & Hours
Monday through Friday from 3:00 – 6:00 PM, except for half-days when Beyond the Bell is not available. Please see the Fall Cycle Program Schedule HERE for a full list of program operating days.
Schedule
Beyond the Bell begins with a snack followed by an hour-long enrichment activity and after-care, which includes homework help and a second snack. Enrichment programming runs until 4:00 PM with after-care extending until pick up at 6:00 PM.
Grades
Beyond the Bell is available to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade.
Programming
In addition to homework help and activities, Beyond the Bell offers enrichment activities including creative expression, art studio, dance, chess, sports, music and more!

Beyond the Bell is staffed by school staff members and enrichment experts.
Cost
The fall cycle of Beyond the Bell is $250, or $5/day per student.
Deposit
A $25 deposit per student is due upon registration. This deposit is applied to the total cost of the fall cycle.
Payment Options
Full Payment
• Pay the total amount of $250 at registration.
Auto-Pay Installment Plan
• $25 deposit per student due at registration.
• $112.50 (50% of remaining balance) automatically processed on October 1, 2025.
• $112.50 (remaining 50%) automatically processed on November 7, 2025.
Extra Payments
• Families may make extra payments anytime, as long as required payment deadlines are met.
• Additional payments will not cancel scheduled auto-payments.
• If extra payments reduce the balance below the next installment, the auto-pay will process half of the remaining balance.
Example
• Total balance at registration: $225
• Extra weekly payments by 10/1/25: $150
• Auto-pay on 10/1/25: $37.50 (half of remaining $75 balance)
• No additional payments before 11/7/25
• Auto-pay on 11/7/25: $37.50 (remaining balance due)
